Booking Your Appointment
Most appointments take approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on the number of documents, signatures, and individuals involved.
When scheduling, please provide:
Type of Document: A brief description of the document(s) requiring notarization.
Number of Signers: Please indicate how many individuals will need their signatures notarized.
Contact Information: Your name, phone number, and email address.
Notarial fees are determined by the acts performed, not the appointment duration.
Appointments are available by advance reservation only. Meeting location details will be provided upon confirmation.

It’s recommended to bring a current, government‑issued photo ID such as a state driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or U.S. military ID. These IDs must be unexpired, include a photograph, and provide identifying details like a signature or physical description.

Absolutely, just make sure to inform the notary before the appointment to make sure fees are accurately provided and appointment length can be properly allocated.

Cash, personal checks, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle are accepted. Credit and debit card payments are not currently available. Payment is due at the time of service.
